This program is a MPEG video converter which can convert AVI, WMV, ASF, 3GP, MOV, VOB, MPG/MPEG2, FLV (Flash Video) and more video formats to an MPEG file or MP3, MP4, AVC, M4A format. It also can edit video files letting you trim, crop, apply video effects and capture pictures from the video you want. You can adjust video resolution, frame rate, encoder, bit rate, audio sample rate, channel, and volume. Also you can adjust brightness, contrast, saturation of your video, and add effects like an old film, gray, emboss, etcetera.
This program converts the files in high speed but the output keeps the same quality of the video source.
Instructions: There are 5 options in the main menu: Play, Trim, Effect, Crop and Convert. In the Play window you have to click on the "+" button and it will open a window where you can browse your computer to open the file you want. To trim a video you have first to preview the video with the preview window and estimate what part you want to convert. Once you know what part of the video you want to trim you have to "Set start time" and "Set end time" in the Trim window, the length will be displayed in the "Selected Length" text box. In the Effect window you can set brightness, contrast and saturation and select a play effect such as Gray, Emboss or Old films. In the Crop window you can crop a frame of the window using : Up, Down, Left and Right. You have to select the output aspect ratio from the Zoom list (Original, Full screen, 16:9 and 4:3). In the Convert window you can adjust video and audio settings and start converting the file with the "Convert" button.
